Finding the best heated motorcycle gloves can be a challenge given how many of them there are on the market.
After a lot of research and a lot of different gloves I was able to narrow it down to 10. These are my top 10 picks for 2019.
Quick Answer: 10 Best Heated Motorcycle Gloves For 2019
- Tourmaster Synergy 2.0
- FirstGear Carbon Street Glove
- FXR Heated Recon
- Ventureheat Grand Touring
- Gerbing T5 Hybrid
- VentureHeat Carbon Fibre
- Firstgear Rider
- Highway 21 Radiant
- Gerbing Gyde 12V Vanguard
- Joe Rocket Burner Heated Gloves
This list of heated motorcycle gloves is made up of the 7V wireless battery heated gloves as well as the 12V heated gloves (wired direct to the motorcycle battery).
The 12V variety was the original heated motorcycle battery and up until a couple of years ago it was the most popular method.
When the 7V wireless battery heated gloves first came on the market they weren’t very good.
The battery life was short and they were unreliable but fortunately times have changed.
Nowadays the 7V wireless battery heated gloves are actually the more popular variety. Technology has come a long way and not only do the batteries last longer but the gloves heat up far better than they used to.
I know there are people out there who prefer the old reliable 12V variety but I also know that there are plenty of people who love the freedom and flexibility that the 7V wireless gloves provide.
Whichever you prefer is up to you. Just know that this list contains both styles and even one pair that is a hybrid of the two styles.
This list doesn’t contain any heated motorcycle glove liners because I thought that should be it’s own article altogether.

#1. Tourmaster Synergy 2.0
Where To Buy: Amazon, Revzilla
Price: Click For Price
These Tourmaster Synergy gloves actually come in a few different options which I really love because you can get exactly what you want.
Here are the available options:
- 7.4V Wireless Heated Leather (Pictured above)
- 7.4V Wireless Heated Textile
- 12V Wired Leather
The three different options are all different prices with the wireless leather ones being the most expensive and the 12V wired leather ones being the least expensive.
The 12V wired leather ones were the first to hit the market and they actually had mixed reviews because of their lack of heat.
I tried them and I agree that they didn’t produce great heat.
Then Tourmaster came out with the 7.4V wireless battery powered version of these gloves and they knocked it out of the park.
So they must have heard the negative comments about the 12V gloves because they really improved these gloves.
Both the 7.4V Leather gloves and the 7.4V Textile gloves produce some wicked heat even on the crazy cold days.
Rest assured you won’t be disappointed with the heat from these gloves.
In addition to the heat these are super comfortable gloves that you can wear all day long.
I couldn’t find a negative thing to say about them to be honest.
They’re warm, comfy, waterproof, windproof, breathable, touchscreen compatible, dexterous, protective, durable and very high quality.
The batteries have great life and they charge up quick.
They have a duel closure gauntlet to keep the elements out on even the coldest, wettest days of the year.
These are my favorite heated motorcycle gloves in the world right now.
#2. FirstGear Carbon Street
Where To Buy: Amazon, Revzilla
Price: Click For Price
These Firstgear Carbon Street gloves are exceptional in so many ways.
They might not be quite as versatile as the Tourmaster Synergy gloves but that’s because they’re not really made to be an all around glove.
These are made with street riders in mind so you’ll notice that they’re not quite as warm as the Tourmaster Synergy’s but they’re more low profile and offer slightly better protection.
As you can see the knuckles have the carbon fiber which is the best possible way to protect your hands in case of a crash.
These ones are not wireless. These are 12V gloves so they’ll come with the wiring you requre to hook them up straight to your battery.
You also have the option to hook these up directly to your FirstGear jacket if you have one.
Awesome gloves.
#3. FXR Heated Recon
Where To Buy: Amazon
Price: Click For Price
These gloves are fantastic. If you’ve ever owned any FXR gear before then you’ll know that they’re very high quality that competes with the top names in the motorcycle industry.
These gloves are a great all round glove that will definitely keep you warm.
Mostly made of nylon but they do have leather on the palm for extra protection and grip.
The dexterity that you have while wearing these gloves is surprisingly good especially when you see how warm they are.
They have just enough insulation but not too much that they feel bulky.
They are wireless so they’ll come with two 7.4V Lithium Polymer batteries and a charger that charges them both at the same time.
They’re waterproof, windproof, breathable and they have a great gauntlet that tightens up with a drawstring as well as a wrist cinch strap.
You can’t go wrong with these gloves.
#4. VentureHeat Grand Touring
Where To Buy: Amazon, Revzilla
Price: Click For Price
I wrote a full review on these gloves a while back and I was super impressed with them.
I love the fact that they’re touchscreen compatible even though I don’t recommend using that function while riding. (obviously LOL)
These are also a 12V battery so you’ll need to plug them into your bike battery but it’s an easy install that anyone can do.
Basically these are an all round good pair of gloves that get nice and hot and provide you with everything you need.
#5. Gerbing T5 Hybrid
Where To Buy: Amazon
Price: Click For Price
If you’ve done any research at all about heated motorcycle gloves then you’ve probably come across these Gerbing T5 heated gloves at some point.
I say that because they’re really popular and there are a ton of reviews of them all over the internet.
I think the main reason they’re so popular is because of their versatility.
These gloves can be used as both wireless battery powered and 12V Wired to the motorcycle battery.
So if you’re a motorcycle rider this is perfect because you can wear them all day long on the bike and then when you’re not on your bike you just plug in the 7V battery and you can keep the heat coming.
The 7V battery however must be bought separately so keep that in mind when factoring in the cost of these.
All in all they’re a great all round heated motorcycle glove that can be used for any other winter activity.
#6. VentureHeat Carbon Fiber
Where To Buy: Amazon, Revzilla
Price: Click For Price
These are awesome gloves and I would compare them to the FirstGear Carbon Street gloves because these ones are also more street than the others on this list.
In terms of protection these gloves are amazing. The carbon fiber is in all the high impact zones and there’s plenty of leather, padding and nylon all around them to keep your hands safe.
They’re super low profile and lightweight for a heated glove which is what makes them a good street glove.
They are a 12V battery so you need to hook them up to your motorcycle battery.
The only reason I put these further down the list than the FirstGear Carbon Street gloves is because I thought the FirstGear gloves were slightly more comfortable.
But that doesn’t mean these aren’t comfy. They are still very comfy.
#7. FirstGear Rider
Where To Buy: Amazon, Revzilla
Price: Click For Price
Here’s another great pair of heated gloves from FirstGear.
These are 12V gloves so they’ll come with the wiring and harness to hook them up to your battery directly.
These are more of an all round glove than the other FirstGear gloves.
They’re not as tight fitting and they’re more flexible and relaxed feeling.
I like that they’re covered in leather because once you wear them a few times they really just mold to the shape of your hand which makes for a great fit that you can wear all day.
You can’t go wrong with these gloves.
#8. Highway 21 Radiant
Where To Buy: Amazon, Revzilla
Price: Click For Price
These gloves from Highway 21 are a fully leather covered, medium gauntlet glove that is powered by two 7V batteries.
There are three heat settings controlled by a button on the side of the gauntlet that is easy to press without taking the gloves off.
They have good protection all around with leather and padding but then there is extra carbon fiber protection on the knuckles.
The carbon fiber isn’t too obvious though which makes these gloves a little less technical looking and a little more subtle than the FirstGear Carbon Street or the Venture Carbon Fiber.
These gloves have a button snap wrist cinch as well as a velcro strap on the end of the gauntlet so you can easily keep out any cold air or moisture.
I was really happy with these gloves.
#9. Gerbing Gyde 12V Vanguard
Where To Buy: Amazon, Revzilla
Price: Click For Price
I really like the simple appearance of these gloves but that’s only one of the features that I really loved about these gloves.
The exterior is constructed of premium cowhide leather and they have an aquatex membrane that is breathable and waterproof.
They come with 150g of Thinsulate insulation which is more than enough to retain the heat that they produce with the 12V battery hook up.
These are a great combination of warmth and dexterity so you can wear them on pretty much any adventure or cool day.
#10. Joe Rocket Burner
Where To Buy: Amazon, Revzilla
Price: Click For Price
Joe Rocket sometimes gets a bad rap because they were the original cheap motorcycle gear but times really have changed.
They’ve been around for a while now and they’re gear has only gotten better with age.
These Burner gloves are a great all round heated motorcycle glove that provides some really great heat when plugged into your motorcycle battery.
They have adequate safety features and good dexterity.
They’re mostly nylon which isn’t as nice as leather but it’s the reason they can keep the price point so low.
I think these gloves provide a ton of value. You can’t argue with the price and I promise you that the quality is good.
Final Thoughts
So there you have it. Those are my top 10 picks for the 2019 season.
